EMS training for efficient body toning

Muscles are made of extremely fine fibres which can be classified as slow-twitch and fast-twitch muscle fibres. As fast-twitch muscle is easy to build, it characteristically leads to a toned body if you train. On the other hand, with ordinary training it cannot be stimulated without imposing a load heavy enough to put you out of breath, and therefore requires hard training. EMS allows an approach which targets fast-twitch muscle even under a slight load, and therefore it can easily produce a change in appearance.

TRAIN, REST, AND TRAIN AGAIN. THE 23-MINUTE AUTOMATIC PROGRAMME CALCULATED FOR EFFICIENCY.

The training programme, designed under the supervision of Toshio Moritani and Cristiano Ronaldo, is 23-minutes overall. Exercise intensity increases gradually over time, and the programme changes automatically from warm up to training and cool down. Once the programme is completed, the power switches off automatically. The only thing you have to do is push the START button.

Conference Presentation

ON 5 July 2015, MTG, together with Emeritus Professor Toshio Moritani, Kyoto University and Associate Professor Kohei Watanabe at the School of International Liberal Studies, Chukyo University, presented verification results for the characteristics of muscle fatigue induced through electrical muscle stimulation at the 18th Japan Society of Electrophysiology and Kinesiology (JSEK) Meeting.
